The hospital is a leading hospital in Tokushukai Medical Group which has 79 hospitals all over Japan and 42,000 staff working in the group, and ranked as large as the 12th in the world based on annual revenue. Not only to provide the cutting-edge technology like Proton Beam Radiation Therapy, robotic surgery, regenerative medicine, but also never refuse any emergency case on 24 hours /7 days service. And, Never the Weak left behind. Our philosophy is that, all living beings are created equal. All staff almost 2000 working in the hospital all the time concentrate on paying attention to quality improvement. According to Deming, to improve quality leads to decrease the cost. Furthermore, Needless to say, it would not be achieved without any good Governance and Leadership. No matter when, no matter where, no matter who needs medical service, we work for the patients all the time. It is not only the number of the patients that we have treated, but also quality improvement is our major concerns of the hospital.
